Welcome to The Air to Heart Foundation!

We are a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation created to encourage, support and serve American Airlines pilot spouses and domestic partners. This organization is fully managed and operated by the proud and welcoming spouses.

Our hopes are to serve as an ongoing bridge for support as well as in times of crisis. We believe in supporting our current American Airlines pilot families, our future (through scholarship opportunities) and our legacy (retirees).

At Air to Heart Foundation, we understand the opportunities and challenges of the travel industry, and if we have learned anything, it is that you can never have too many resources for support or opportunities to show appreciation. It is with great excitement that we offer our Spouse Mentorship Program – a program that pairs our new spouses with seasoned spouses to ease their transition into this industry. A special bonus with this program is that recipients receive our exclusive Spouse 101 Transition Guide.
